2. Information We Collect

Cunning Capital collects minimal data to operate the game. Here is exactly what is collected:

• Anonymous User ID — When you launch the game, Firebase Authentication assigns you an anonymous unique identifier. This does not include your name, email, or any personal information. It is used solely to associate your leaderboard score with your account.
• Net Worth / Leaderboard Score — Your in-game net worth is submitted to our leaderboard (powered by Firebase Firestore) so you can see your global ranking. This is linked only to your anonymous ID and an optional display name you choose yourself.
• Display Name — If you choose to set a display name for the leaderboard, that name is stored on our servers. You are not required to use your real name.
• Device and Ad Data — If you view advertisements in the game, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This data is used to serve relevant ads and is governed by Google's policies, not ours.
• Game Progress — Your game save data (cash, businesses, investments, settings) is stored locally on your device using your device's local storage. This data does not leave your device except as described above.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number
• We do not collect your location
• We do not collect payment information — all purchases are processed by Apple or Google directly
• We do not collect contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstances

4. How We Use Your Information

• To display your rank on the global leaderboard
• To maintain your anonymous account across devices if you reinstall the game
• To display advertisements through Google AdMob (if you have not purchased the Remove Ads option)
• To send local push notifications about in-game events such as upgrade completions and daily rewards — these are generated by your device and do not require any server communication

5. Third Party Services

Cunning Capital uses the following third party services. Each has its own privacy policy which governs their data collection:

• Firebase (Google) — Anonymous authentication and leaderboard storage. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — Advertisement serving for users who have not purchased Remove Ads. Google Privacy Policy

6. In-App Purchases

Cunning Capital offers optional one-time in-app purchases including Remove Ads and Extended Offline Earnings. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by the respective platform and can be restored through the Restore Purchases option in the game.

7. Children's Privacy

Cunning Capital is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information please contact us at iceyydb@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your anonymous Firebase account and leaderboard score are retained as long as you play the game. To request deletion of your data:

• Email us at iceyydb@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• We will delete your anonymous account and associated leaderboard data within 30 days
• Local game save data on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have rights including:

• The right to know what data we hold about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of personalized advertising (available through your device settings under Ad Preferences)

10. Security

We use Firebase's built-in security infrastructure to protect leaderboard data. Local game data is stored using your device's standard secure storage. While no method of storage is 100% secure we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Cunning Capital after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes we will notify users through an in-app notice.
